We’ve spent so much time hiding ourselves, making ourselves presentable, that we have lost the uniqueness which makes each of us important. There are no barbarians at the door. We do not live in a time of siege. As such, there is no need to regulate and hoard. I know you believe the world is coming to an end. But if that is the case, I belive the world should end at its peak, not at its last dying gasp. We have the intellectual ability to do so many amazing things, but we are constrained by an antiquated notion of difference. The terminus point is simply a signifier to delineate a boundary by which we agree to terms. It is not an end. We can zoom in and out to appreciate and understand all things, and we set guideposts to help each other know which direction is which, but these points are designed by ourselves and have no required validity. All people should be free to do the exploration they see fit to discover, and should help those who are doing similar work, rather than conserving resources for an imaginary extinction event. If there is to be a change in the basic construct of homo sapiens, we must trust and explore that change rather than fear how it may corrupt our currently existing culture. There is so much we can do, given the opportunity, given the trust that people will do what they want to do rather than predict their patters beforehand. We have spent too much time attempting to control and not enough time spent understanding the material nature of the objects we seek. It is human nature to jump ahead, to skip to the end of the book, but it cheats us of the process because we feel time is limited, and I am here to tell you there is no limit to time, and as such, there is no such thing as death. There is simply reconfiguration. The whole delineates itself to know itself, as knowledge is compassion is understanding. By this knowing shall we become that which we wish to be. This is as simple as I can explain it. Do the thing you are here to do. The utility is not for the contemporary to decide. What is useless now becomes critical later. Cherish the things you are given. Grow to know them through their use, for that is the design. There is no end.
